Featured Photo: A View of Concourse B at Chicago O’Hare Airport
In my fifth future routes post, I will document and analyze all the future routes coming to the Chicago area. I will highlight future routes from the following airports:
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport
- Chicago Midway Airport
I would include Gary Chicago International Airport and Chicago Rockford Airport, although Gary Chicago International Airport doesn’t have any scheduled commercial flights and Chicago Rockford Airport has no future flights planned currently.
I am starting a new feature in my future routes posts – documenting which terminal each airline operates out of at the airports. To help with that, I am also creating maps (with imagery from Google Earth) of select airports which I am featuring to help you know where each flight would depart from. At O’Hare, concourses B and C are considered to be part of Terminal 1, concourses E and F are considered to be part of Terminal 2, concourses G, H, K, & L are considered to be part of Terminal 3, and concourse M is considered to be part of Terminal 5 (which is home to all international arrivals).
