I’m also 100% certain I will have to fight for the 75% refund to which I’m entitled. I’m not even sure I’m going to make it on that plane tomorrow. They are asking for “volunteers.” They started at 200€. They’re up to 300 now. What a disaster of an airline. I wonder why they paid so little to lease a small plane when they are going to have to pay out (eventually) so much compensation. I can’t believe they’ve lasted this long.

It appears that they are switching the aircraft for a week on that one route to a Euro Atlantic 767-300 which doesn’t have premium economy or business class for one week only, and then the route will again be operated by 787s. It shouldn’t be right that they are still selling premium economy on that flight despite that the aircraft doesn’t have it. Some of Euro Atlantic’s other 767s have a business class with flatbed seats which you would have been placed in, so the situation is just very bad luck. Definitely reach out to Norwegian again for some kind of better compensation.

I purchased flex premium for my return flight from Rome to Newark. They not only switched out the plane but switched to a much smaller plane with absolutely no premium class. I went from row 2 aisle to row 33 window, three rows from the lavatory. I paid among the most expensive fares and was given one of the worst seats on the plane. Why wouldn’t they give me an exit row at the least Their phone customer service is disgraceful. I would have had more success talking to a wall and I have the great opportunity to pay for the call as well since I’m away from home. Now they’re going to start bumping passengers because the plane is too small.
And they are still sending emails asking for bidding for a nonexistent premium class. First and last time I get roped into flying Norwegian. 75 % refund (if they even refund the money) isn’t enough. It’s just barely three difference between my fare and standard economy. I fly tomorrow –maybe.
